Law of Attraction Life Coaching
As a Law Of Attraction life coach, my job is to help you understand what you want from your future and if that "want" truly serves your higher purpose. I will assist you in recognizing what no longer serves you to help you make plans to achieve the goals to better your life. Together collaboratively, we find out what you need and what might be holding you back. I offer support and encouragement throughout your time of coaching.
You will start by filling out a pre-meeting questionnaire. This covers topics like what you want to change, your fears, your sources of motivation, and what you see as your biggest successes and failures.
If some of the answers don’t come to you, then you can figure them out in our discussions.
My coaching sessions last 50 minutes each and the recommended schedule is one time per week or every other week, though the choice is yours.
During our sessions, I will suggest techniques, tools, and resources that can help you get to the next stage of your journey. These may include visualization exercises, books (or excerpts) to read, affirmations, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistics programming or any number of other approaches, all tailored to suit your needs and preferences.
I will help you identify negative assumptions, emotional blocks and limiting beliefs.
Please note: a life coach cannot prescribe you with medication or diagnose you with mental health issues and I do not take insurance.

I was always the glass is half empty type of person. I was raised to believe you work hard and hope you can put food on the table and a roof over your head. Tristan taught me that I was living with limiting beliefs... which really doesn't even feel like living at all.
